The service
TillTalk AI shows numbers from your till in the app: sales, what sold, the cash drawer check, prices and the rota. You use it in your browser today. Android and iPhone apps are coming soon.
The app gives estimates. It is not financial, tax or legal advice. An illustration is not a promise. We do not promise a sales figure, a cash count or a price comparison is complete. You decide what to do in the shop.
Trial and price
- Trial. The first 14 days are free. No card to start.
- One shop. £79 a month per shop, before VAT. We do not add VAT today. If that changes, we tell you before the next bill.
- Founding offer. The first 10 shops get £49 a month for 12 months and free setup. Then the normal price. One shop each.
- Setup. £99 once to load the first till file, except for those same first 10 shops.
- More than one shop. The price per shop is on the pricing page. There is no single fee that covers several shops.
- A year up front. A year paid up front is two months free. One shop is £790 for the year. If you leave during that year, the year paid up front is not refunded.
- Paying by card in the app is not ready yet. After the trial we invoice you.
Cancel
Email talk@tilltalk.ai to stop. A month-by-month shop stops at the end of the period you have paid for. A year paid up front is not refunded. How to delete the shop and its data is on Delete your account.
Your till data
You must have the right to send us the till file and the shop details. Each shop is kept separate. What we keep, and who handles it, is on the privacy notice.
Limits
If a claim about the service is one the law lets us limit, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for that shop in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability the law says we cannot limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales decide a dispute about them.
If this page changes, we update the date at the top. Until an adviser has checked it, this page stays a draft.
