How it worksFive steps · same night

Run your store from your pocket.

AI reads this shop’s till. Then Sellers, Prices and Rota show in the app on your phone. Your phone for the shop floor. A laptop page for the owner's reports. No new kit needed. The app works today. WhatsApp is planned.

Connect your till.

Your till already records every sale. Staff do what they already do. TillTalk reads this shop’s till only.

  • A CSV file from your till works today. Links to Epos Now, Zettle, Square and Lightspeed are being tested. Tell us your till and we'll set it up with you.
  • How to save the sales file from your till.
  • Delivery orders that reach your till join the same shop sales. We never ask for Deliveroo or Uber Eats passwords.

We check the numbers.

Where TillTalk has worked out the figures from your till, an automated check compares the £ and % figures in the message with those numbers.

If they do not match, that message is not sent as written. You get a plain summary, or we say we could not confirm the number.

It checks the arithmetic, not your till data or your business decisions.

Your phone, every night.

Ask the AI in the app, on the phone you have. In English or Roman Urdu.

  • Sellers — what made money tonight and what lost it.
  • Prices — nearby prices compared with yours. Prices in the tour are examples.
  • Rota — staff cost vs sales, hour by hour.

Use it in your browser today. Android and iPhone apps are coming soon.

You approve the rota.

Staff cost against the till, hour by hour. We flag any hour where staff cost goes over 15% of sales.

We draft the rota from what the till took on the same weekday in recent weeks. You approve it before anyone sees it. At 22:15 we ask if the shift ran as planned.

Labour cost control, not an HR app.

Type your cash count in the app. We compare it with what the till expects. A shortage is named, in pounds.

Good to know

What we look at. What we don’t.

What we look at

This shop’s till. Local weather and a calendar of festival days like Eid, Diwali and Ramadan. Public UK news can add a stock tip, such as a government stock-up list. Nearby prices (examples in the tour). We do not guess tomorrow's sales.

Your shop’s data stays separate

Each shop’s data is kept separate from other shops. TillTalk staff only look at your shop’s data to support you or fix a fault. It is processed by the providers on our sub-processors page. Our AI providers do not use your till data to train their models under their business API terms.

Nothing new on the counter

No new kit. No extra till. No box on the counter. After you sign up you can Add to Home Screen.

We never write to your till

You change prices on the till. TillTalk only reads it.
