Delete your account.

In the app

1. Open TillTalk AI and sign in with the mobile number and shop code for that shop.
2. Open More.
3. Choose Delete shop. It sits next to Sign out. Only the owner sees it.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

The practice tour does not delete a real shop. The demo shop cannot be deleted this way.

By email

Email talk@tilltalk.ai from the mobile or email on the shop. Say the shop name and that you want the account deleted. We may check it is really you before we act.

Use this page if you cannot open the app. The public address is https://www.tilltalk.ai/delete-account.

What we delete

• The shop name, address and postcode.
• Till sales, cash counts and receipt photos for that shop.
• The rota you typed for that shop.
• Questions you asked about that shop.
• The sign-in for that shop (mobile number, email and shop code).

If it is the only shop on the account, we delete the whole account. If you have another shop, that shop stays and you sign in again for it.

What we may keep

• A contact-form message you sent before the shop existed, until you ask us to delete that too.
• An invoice, if we have billed you, for as long as tax rules say we must. Card payments in the app are not live, so there may be no invoice.
