Zettle
On a computer, export Raw data Excel from my.zettle.com. Then save that file as a CSV.
We read Zettle’s UK help on 29 Oct 2026. We have not tried the clicks on a real till. Zettle’s help does not name a CSV button. The “save as CSV” step is ours.
- 1On a computer, open my.zettle.com and sign in. The phone app does not export Excel.
- 2Open Reports. Click Export at the top.
- 3Choose Raw data Excel if you want all the data. PDF is the other choice. There is no CSV button in the help we read.
- 4Open the Excel file on your computer and save it as a CSV. Not checked.
Good to know
- The file uses the dates and filters already on the page. Set those first.
- Sales by product can list name, variant, quantity, returns, discounts and total.
- If Zettle sits inside a PayPal business account, Zettle says the screens differ. Use the buttons you see, or email us.

We load it for you. A CSV file works today. We do not log in to your till.
Send as many days as the till will give you. Do not send card numbers.
When you have another week of sales, send that file the same way.
