SumUp
SumUp has two places to save a file. Use the one that matches your screen.
We read SumUp’s UK help on 29 Oct 2026. We have not tried the clicks on a real till.
- 1SumUp POS back office: go to Back Office, then Reports, then Product sales.
- 2Pick the start and end dates. Click export. SumUp says this saves a CSV.
- 3SumUp profile (the website for the card reader): open Home, then Download center.
- 4Pick the dates. Hover over the report and click the download button.
- 5On that same profile, item reports are under Home, then Reports, then Item reports. The UK page we read does not say if that download is a CSV. Not checked.
Good to know
- If you only take card payments and do not use an item list, the file may show payments and not product names. Send it anyway.
- Do not send a PDF if a CSV is on the same screen. If you only get a PDF, send the PDF and we will tell you if we need another file.
Email the file to talk@tilltalk.ai.
We load it for you. A CSV file works today. We do not log in to your till.
Send as many days as the till will give you. Do not send card numbers.
When you have another week of sales, send that file the same way.
