ICRTouch
In TouchOffice Web, run PLU Sales, then save the report as a CSV if you can see that button.
We read ICRTouch’s own pages on 29 Oct 2026. We have not tried the clicks on a real till. ICRTouch says reports can be saved as CSV. The pages we read do not name the save button.
- 1Sign in to TouchOffice Web.
- 2Go to the Reports section.
- 3In the Report dropdown, choose PLU Sales.
- 4Click Submit.
- 5Save the report as CSV. Look for CSV, Export, or a download. We have not checked the button name. Not checked.
Good to know
- PLU Sales is the report ICRTouch uses when it shows what sold.
- If you cannot see a CSV button, email us a photo of the report screen.
Email the file to talk@tilltalk.ai.
We load it for you. A CSV file works today. We do not log in to your till.
Send as many days as the till will give you. Do not send card numbers.
When you have another week of sales, send that file the same way.
