Epos Now
Save Sales by Product as a CSV on a computer. Email that file to us.
These clicks are from Epos Now’s own help text. We could not open that help page on 29 Oct 2026 (the site returned an error). We have not tried the clicks on a real till. If a menu has moved, email us what you see.
- 1On a computer, log in to Epos Now Back Office. Not checked.
- 2Open the Bento menu. That is the grid icon in the top right. Choose Reporting. Not checked.
- 3On the left, open Sales Reports, then Sales by Product. Not checked.
- 4Under Show Data From, pick the dates. Choose Custom if you want your own start and end. Not checked.
- 5At the bottom of the report, export to CSV. Not checked.
Good to know
- Epos Now says you can only export on a laptop or computer, not from the till screen.
- Sales by Product is a total for the dates you pick. It may not list each sale. Send it anyway.
- The file can include item name, quantity, sales and cost price. That is enough to start.

We load it for you. A CSV file works today. We do not log in to your till.
Send as many days as the till will give you. Do not send card numbers.
When you have another week of sales, send that file the same way.
